TDP boss claimed that YSR Congress was wrongfully tapping telephones of resistance groups, advocates, media people and social activists

Amaravati: Alleging that the decision YSR Congress in Andhra Pradesh was falling back on illegal tapping of telephones to advance its political additions, Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday wrote to P.M Narendra Modi mentioning that the Center requests a request by an equipped body to check the illicit demonstrations.

He affirmed that the YSRC was illicitly tapping telephones of resistance groups, advocates, media people and social activists. “The decision YSRC has now even focused on the legal executive, the third mainstay of the majority rules system, as it is confronting obstacles from the legal executive,” the TDP president asserted in the letter, a duplicate of which was likewise set apart to Union Communications and Law Minister Ravishankar Prasad.

Further, Section 5(2) of Indian Telegraph Act and Section 69 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 are disregarded by this legislature as there is no motivation to tap the telephones of pioneers of resistance groups, supporters, writers and social activists,” he fought.

“The decision party in its over energy to hold power at any expense is hazardously undermining and assaulting any individual or foundation raising their voice against the mal-working of the Government,” he said.

Legal advisors, writers and social activists were not saved alongside the pioneers of the resistance groups, the previous boss priest said.
