“State/UT Governments will not force any nearby lockdown (state/locale/sub-division/city/town level), outside the control zones, without earlier conference with the local government,” said the MHA correspondence.
These rules will come into power from September 1 onwards.
The MHA additionally said that would be no limitations on between state and intra-state development too.
“There will be no limitation on between state and intra-state development of people and merchandise. No different consent/endorsement/re-grant will be required for such developments,” including the rules.
“Shops should keep up sufficient physical removing among clients. MHA will screen the compelling usage of public orders,” it said.
Under Unlock 4.0, metro trains will be permitted to work with impact from September 7, in a reviewed way, by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and Ministry of Railways (MOR), in meeting with the MHA. As to this, the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) will be given by MoHUA.
Social, scholarly, sports, amusement, social, strict, political capacities and different assemblages will be allowed with a roof of 100 people, with impact from September 21, 2020.
