Night temperatures descended across J&K also Ladakh UTs on Saturday, as Leh remained in a real sense solidified at least temperature of an astounding – 12.9°C!
A comparable pattern was seen over a few urban communities, as Srinagar city recorded – 2.2°C as the base temperature, while Pahalgam recorded – 5.2°C, Gulmarg – 5.6°C, and Kargil was at – 9.2°C.
The climate office has gauge commonly dry climate till Thursday.
“Least temperatures have dropped in J&K and Ladakh today because of starry evening sky. Climate is probably going to remain commonly dry during the following five days in both the association regions”, an authority of the MET office said.
Then again, the city of Jammu recorded a base temperature of 8.6°C, while Katra enlisted 9.4°C, Batote 6.9°C, Bannihal 5.2°C and Bhaderwah 0.8°C.
