Amid Covid-19, a few states have resumed schools for the higher class understudies, while a couple wants to return their schools. The Uttar Pradesh government has likewise chosen to continue its schools for the understudies of classes 6 to 8 from February 10.

As indicated by a letter sent by the Additional Chief Secretary (Basic Education) Renuka Kumar to the DG of Basic Education Department, schools for Classes 6 to 8 will continue from February 10 including Classes 1 to 5 from March 1.

“Following the Centre’s guideline, steps should be taken to begin teaching in educational institutions in the state. First, higher and secondary educational institutions should be reopened and later classes should be started in all schools,” said Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

An administration representative has said that the Education Department has just given standard working procedures (SOPs) to be trailed by the instructive organizations.

To guarantee the security of understudies, study halls will be cleaned. Game plans for warm examining, face veils, social separating, and first guide have been secured in quite a while, he said.
