During the meeting, advocate Abhishek Gupta, showing up for Mr Sidhu, told the court that he was not an agitator of the occurrence at Red Fort, as affirmed by the Police.

He guaranteed a CCTV film of the Red Fort. Sidhu can help the Police by mentioning the group to leave the defence where they were attempting to lift the banner.
The request also affirmed that the Police has decided not to check the proof, giving a false representation of the case pushed onto the candidate/denounced (Sidhu).
