MTV Roadies: There will be no gang leaders in the new Roadies season, with only Sonu Sood as the host. Raftaar, on the other hand, claims that he had already declined the show owing to other obligations.
As readers are fully aware, MTV Roadies will return to its old format. No gang bosses would be vying for the prize with their gangs if only a host were in charge. Neha Dhupia and Nikhil Chinapa recently expressed how much they regret being a part of the journey and their friendship. Raftaar, on the other hand, revealed that he wasn’t scheduled to be on the show even if the format hadn’t changed.
Why Raftaar isn’t participating in MTV Roadies
Raftaar remarked, without revealing much about his future endeavors. I’m not allowed to discuss anything, but I’ve signed up for something else. ” The singer-rapper also revealed that he is now working on a film with Nawazuddin Siddiqui (which he announced in 2020) and that it is his top priority right now.
“Sonu bhaiyaa will bring a new look, and I wish the crew the best for the next season,” Raftaar stated when questioned about Sonu Sood taking over as the new host from Rannvijay Singha. However, no one can refute the 18-year legacy Rann Bhai has left.
Raftaar joined the Roadies for the Xtreme season in 2018. He won a season in just a year after joining the club, with his teammate Arun Sharma winning the final job. Varun Sood had replaced Raftaar as the gang leader last season when the show returned to the air after the epidemic due to the singer’s prior commitments.
Nikhil Chinapa had previously told us about his four-year experience with MTV Roadies. “I am going to miss the environment, the difficulties, the chats with my fellow gang leaders and the crew, who are like my extended family,” the host-VJ stated, adding that he enjoyed being a part of the show.
Conclusion: Mtv Roadies
Roadies Season 18 will begin filming in South Africa soon, and the show is set to premiere on MTV in March.
