Kyrie Irving is standing next to a former NFL great. The Brooklyn Nets confirmed this week that Irving will miss at least five games.
In spite of being challenged by reporters, Irving generally stuck with his choice to publish a link to an anti-Semitic movie on Amazon.
In the end, Irving kind of retracted his statements, but the majority of people still had valid criticism for his choice.
However, he is joined by one NFL star. Ed Reed, a former Baltimore Ravens player, made it known on Sunday morning that he is supporting Irving.
These boys making business decisions, not worried about the people! I STAND WITH #KyrieIrving we are Harmed everyday! Stop acting
as if BLACK folk are not treated worst than any. All the attn (apologies) PROVES it #CarryOn," Reed tweeted.
The Baltimore Ravens legend isn't backing down in the face of harsh criticism after his post went viral on social media.
